AI Transformation for Business

codebyte digitalises your business processes and adds AI where it's needed. From first audit to a running system in 8–12 weeks.

For mid-sized companies that want to grow without growing headcount.

runs on its own a person decides

Digitalise the process before you put AI on it.

AI projects usually break on the process underneath them.

A chatbot on top of email threads and spreadsheets still leaves you with the email threads and spreadsheets. So we start with how work moves through your company today: who picks it up, and where it sits between steps.

We rebuild the process so software can run it.

That means defined inputs and one system that holds the data. This is tedious work. The AI added later depends on it.

Agents do the reading and drafting. Approvals stay with your team.

An agent reads an incoming invoice, matches it to the order and drafts the reply. Whether to pay it above a set amount is decided by a person, with the prepared file in front of them. The same split applies to contracts and hiring.

What we do

Process audit and digital roadmap

Two weeks in your operations. We map each recurring process and count where it is handed over or typed in by hand, then rank the list by cost and by how hard the fix is.

  • Written process map of your company as it runs today
  • Hours and cost of manual work, per process
  • Roadmap ranked by payback
  • Business case for each item on it
Workflow digitalisation

We move processes out of email and Excel into structured workflows with approvals and a single system of record, connected to your ERP or CRM.

  • Forms and approval chains
  • Integrations with your ERP, CRM and file shares
  • Dashboards showing where each case is and how long it has been waiting
AI agents and automation

Where a step needs someone to read a document or write a reply, we build an agent for it. Every agent logs what it did, and hands the case to a person when it is unsure.

  • Document processing for invoices, contracts, applications and supplier files
  • Triage and routing of incoming requests
  • Drafted replies for a person to edit or send
  • Confidence thresholds, and handover to a person below them
Change and enablement

We train the people who will run the process and stay on through the first months of operation, until your team owns it.

  • Training and documentation your team can maintain
  • Support after handover, for as long as you want it

From audit to running system in 8–12 weeks.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Audit

We sit with your teams and follow the work from the moment it comes in until it is done, noting every step done by hand. The map and the numbers are yours, whether or not you continue with us.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    Blueprint

The target process and the system design, including which steps are automated and which stay with a person. Nothing is built until you have signed this off.

  3. Weeks 5–10

    Build

Weekly increments on your existing tools. From the first week you test working software with your own cases. What fails in testing is fixed the following week.

  4. From week 11

    Run and improve

Go-live with your team. We watch the system and fix what comes up while ownership moves to you. You own the result, including the code.

What changes

Less overhead

Manual steps go away, and the ones that remain are measured and have a named owner.

Faster execution

A request that used to wait days in someone's inbox is processed the day it arrives.

Growth without hiring

You can take on more volume with the team you have, because the routine cases no longer need them.

How large these effects are depends on your processes. The audit puts numbers on them before anything is built.

Questions we get on the first call

How long does a project take?

The audit takes two weeks. The first workflows go live after 8–12 weeks. Larger programmes are cut into phases of that length, each with its own go-live.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. We connect to your ERP, CRM, file shares and mailboxes as they are. If the current system itself is the bottleneck, the audit will say so, and we recommend a migration only in that case.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your systems and your accounts. We host in the UAE by default, in the EU or US on request, as well as your own infrastructure where required. Which AI models are used, and by which provider, is decided per case and documented.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?

Each agent has a confidence threshold. Below it, the case goes to a person, and every decision the agent made is logged. You set the threshold and can tighten it at any time.

What does it cost?

The audit is a fixed price. Build phases are quoted per process from the roadmap, with the business case next to each number. There are no per-seat licence fees on top.

Who owns the result?

You do. Code, workflows, configuration and documentation are handed over. You can run them with your own team or with us.

Are we a good fit?

Companies of up to roughly 2,000 employees with recurring processes that take up a lot of staff time. If you are not sure, the first call is free and we will tell you either way.

Describe the process that costs you the most time. We will say whether it is worth fixing and what that would take.
